DUBLIN MONDAY APRIL 30TH 2018: Leading lights in Irish Business descended on Croke Park last Thursday 19th April for the Fourth Annual All-Ireland Business Summit powered by Audi, where a 1000 strong audience from all 32 counties were captivated by the speakers who revealed their topsecrets, confessions and the do’s and don’ts that have helped them achieve their business success.
The Business All-Stars competition final was one of the key elements of the summit. The Business All-Stars is an annual competition designed to identify, recognise and accredit Irish companies and individuals that have distinguished themselves in the conduct of their business over the last 12 months.
TanOrganic was accredited with the Entrepreneur in Beauty / Trend Innovation All-Star Accreditation. Speaking at the event, Kieran F. Ring, CEO Global Institute of Logistics, Deputy Chairperson Adjudication Panel said;

The competition finals benefited enormously from the atmosphere created at the All-Ireland Summit which was driven by the three key pillars of knowledge sharing, facilitating new business relationships and the continued improvement of business standards in Ireland, the All-Ireland Summit improves year-on-year – like so many of the great teams to have graced the hallowed turf of Croke Park.
Speaking at the summit, Dr. Briga Hynes, Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick, Chairperson Adjudication Panel summed up the entire process by reminding the enterprises honoured with All-Star that:

The beauty salon industry suffered badly during the economic recession. Similar to countless other Irish business owners at the time, Noelle faced the difficult decision of closing her salons that she had worked so hard for, or continue to lose money. Choosing to the latter she decided to start from square one again. Noelle went back to education and enrolled in the Boston MIT Entrepreneurial Masters Program. While undertaking her studies, a professor posed a question, asking her “what specific aspect of her career made her most happy?” Her answer was the creating and developing process of new products and methods. TanOrganic Self-Tanning Oil
Beauty therapist Noelle O’Connor, creator of TanOrganic – the world’s first organically certified sunless tanning brand, explains that water-based products may cause skin to flake while an oil-based one like this hydrates deeply. You can use this oil for both face and body, massaging in a few drops lightly with your hands – just avoid eyebrows and hairline. Check the colour after six to eight hours, or the following day, and then re-apply if you want a deeper colour. Repeat twice a week for maintenance.
