Republic of Ireland:
The cost for delivery to the Republic of Ireland is €4. For orders placed before noon, we generally deliver the next day but please allow up to 5 working days. If your order is delayed, please mail info@tanorganic.com

UK:
Delivery in the UK is 6.00

Europe:
France,Austria,
Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greenland, Italy, Luxembourg, Monaco, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and Sweden and a €7.98 delivery charge is applicable. Deliveries normally arrive within 4 to 7 working days, but you should allow up to 2 weeks. If your order is delayed, please mail info@tanorganic.com

US and Canada:
For
deliveries to the US and Canada a delivery charge of €9.99 is applicable. Deliveries may take up to 20 working days but we will endeavour to get all orders dispatched and delivered as soon as possible. If your order is delayed, please mail info@tanorganic.com

All orders are inclusive of all Irish tax. If you are an international customer, it is your responsibility to pay any extra taxes incurred on the importation of the goods. We will not accept responsibility for any action taken by customs in your country.

Delivery on all orders to Australia is $5.99. Goods are shipped via our pick and pack vendors Shipwire, based in 22-24 Wonderland Drive, EASTERN CREEK, NSW 2766, AUSTRALIA.

South Africa
Currently there are 3 options:

  • 1 Business Day = R148.20
  • 2-3 Business Days = R79.80
  • Local Pick from Sandton Offices

Orders placed before 3pm are dispatched the same day. The business day immediately following the day an order is dispatched is considered day 1.

Delivery on orders over R1000 is FREE. For orders under R1000, the cost is various based on the delivery service chosen. For orders placed before noon, we generally deliver the next day but please allow up to 5 working days. If your order is delayed, please mail info@tanorganic.co.za.

We currently deliver to South Africa through the website. For Southern Africa deliveries, please contact us. For international deliveries, you can order directly from www.tanorganic.com.

Disclaimer

We regret that we cannot be held responsible if the carrier has failed to notify you of an attempted delivery. You will need to take this up with the carrier. In the unlikely event that your goods have been lost in transit, we are unable to refund or resend goods until we have completed an enquiry. This can take up to 7 working days as a trace will need to be issued to track your goods. In most circumstances this will be resolved sooner. In the unlikely event that you receive goods which are not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or at their discretion, refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing (quoting your Invoice number) at the address stated at the bottom of your confirmation email within 7 working days of delivery of the goods (subject to enquiries being completed).
